Terms and Conditions

By completing a questionnaire for the Tasmania Together 10 Year Review you can enter the draw to win an iPad.

Terms and conditions of the iPad prize draw are as follows:

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize to be won form part of the terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with the terms and conditions is invalid.

  2. Employees of Tasmania Together,  their marketing, advertising and promotional agencies or their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  3. The competition commences on 1 September 2010 and closes at 5pm on 13 December 2010.

  4. The competition is restricted to residents of Tasmania who complete a questionnaire.

  5. The prize draw will be conducted at the Tasmania Together registered office at level 7, 144 Macquarie Street, Hobart in Tasmania at 10.30am on 17 December 2010.

  6. The winner will be notified by telephone, email or direct mail by  the Tasmania Together Secretariat.

  7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

  8. Except to the extent that liability cannot be legally excluded, Tasmania Together shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the entrant directly or indirectly in connection with the prize draw or prize.

  9. The promoter is Tasmania Together.

  10. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
