Tasmania Together has 12 broad goals that express the community's priorities for Tasmania's future.
From each goal, an indicator has been selected as the 'headline indicator'. These 12 indicators show a snapshot of progress across Tasmania Together using data available at 5 November 2007.
The table below shows our progress on 12 key measures compared with last year. To find out more about each measure, click on the links marked "Find out more".
Data for these indicators will not be updated on these web pages until the next Snapshot of Progress publication in 2008.

| 1. Costs of essentials for low-income families have increased substantially. | |
| 2. Tasmanians feel safer at night both at home and in public places. | |
| 3. Student literacy and numeracy levels for Years 3, 5 and 7 have remained unchanged. | |

| 5. Our regional population remains stable. | |
| 6. Attendance at cultural heritage sites including our museums and art galleries has increased. | |
