There are a number of ways you can get involved with Tasmania Together …

Tasmania Together is about change – changing what we do now to achieve the future we all want. 

Tasmania Together is not the responsibility of any one party – it provides the opportunity for all sectors of the Tasmanian community to work together to achieve common long-term objectives.   The achievement of the community’s goals remains dependent on their adoption by individuals, the community, business and government sectors and on an increasingly cross-sectoral and collaborative approach to achieving the goals and benchmarks.

We all have a role to play in achieving the Tasmania Together vision:

Role of Individuals

Tasmania Together is not just a plan that sits on a shelf.  It is also a process, and the process ensures the community not only came up with the original priorities, but also ensures the community defines any changes to those priorities over time.  These priorities inform planning and decision-making in both government and non-government sectors.
 
You can get involved in a number of ways:

  1. Individually: take individual action within your community to help us reach our targets for 2020. 

  2. Acknowledgement Program:  let us know what you are doing in your community to help achieve the goals of Tasmania Together.  We can promote your activities to others so that they too can see there are ways that they can help to make a difference.

  3. Be part of the Tasmania Together Youth Challenge.

  4. Email us with your issues and concerns.
