Measuring Progress

Print View

Measuring progress provides quality information to support effective decision-making.  It enables a better understanding of the needs of the community and how Tasmania is progressing in meeting those needs.

Over the last decade, Tasmania Together has concentrated on getting the right measures to best reflect community priorities.  This was achieved by sorting through numerous datasets and sources to find those that are reliable and current and that best measure progress towards addressing the issues identified in the Plan.

There are a number of ways you can find out about progress towards the Tasmania Together goals and benchmarks.
