Student and Teacher Guide

The purpose of the Guide is to encourage students to help achieve the vision of Tasmania Together for 2020 - and make a difference to the social, economic and environmental future of the State.

The Guide describes some ideas to help students learn about, and become involved in, Tasmania Together benchmarks, goals and processes. It enables teachers and students to look into issues of importance in their communities and do something about the things that matter to them. They can take actions that will bring benefits to young people and to the communities they will live in and shape into the future.

The guide is organised into two sections:
