Tasmania Together is the community’s plan for the future: currently 12 goals to be reached by 2020 and 155 benchmarks to measure progress towards the goals. The plan is reviewed every five years to ensure that Tasmania Together reflects changes in community priorities and uses the best progress measures available.

Following the 10 Year Review, Parliament approved the Progress Board’s recommendations for improvements to the Tasmania Together Plan, including 29 new measures and the removal or replacement of 25 measures. |

In November 2009, Parliament endorsed 35 new and revised benchmarks for Tasmania Together as recommended by the Progress Board, following work arising from the first Five Year Review of the community's plan. The number of benchmarks increased to 151. |
